This shows the standard colours of the PMMA balls that we use to represent atoms in your model.  We make substitutions where a model would be confusing in these colours (Potassium oxide, for example), but we’re also happy to change the colours to suit your chosen colour scheme.  The range of colours available is shown below the periodic table.
